We are Committed to Helping Survivors

The release of the Epstein DOJ files has revealed stockpiles of hidden evidence and years of unreported abuse.

This new development has enabled survivors to further understand and process these horrible events, so they can demand justice safely and effectively. All survivors of the unspeakable acts committed by Jeffrey Epstein and his vicious network of enablers deserve to have their rights redeemed to the fullest extent of the law.

Jeffrey Epstein’s criminal activities involved the systematic sexual abuse and trafficking of minors over decades. His actions, along with those of his associates and enablers, led to numerous civil lawsuits brought by survivors seeking justice, accountability, and compensation.

Although Epstein died in 2019, legal action did not end with his death. Survivors have continued to pursue claims against his estate, affiliated entities, and individuals or institutions that may have facilitated, enabled, or ignored his conduct. We are committed to helping these survivors seek justice and speak truth to power.

Epstein-related litigation remains active and evolving. Courts continue to hear cases involving newly identified survivors and defendants, reflecting a broader effort to hold all responsible parties accountable.

The trauma experienced around sexual assault can be profound, nuanced, and very private. Due to the traumatizing nature of sexual assault, many victims often need ample time before they can even process the experience, let alone seek legal action.

Each person’s experience is unique. Some people may spend many years grappling with their trauma before being able to speak about it, while others may remain silent for the rest of their lives.

Because each person processes trauma in their own way, allowing people who have experienced sexual assault the space they need to come to grips with the violation they have suffered is a vital step in the healing process.

However, not seeking legal redress for sexual assault expeditiously may jeopardize your civil rights.
